In a big saucepan add some oil and the mixed spices.
Add the chicken and fry till cooked, add the veg and
tomato pulp & seasoning and simmer uncovered till it
thickens. Take off the heat and let it cool a bit.
Roll out pastry and cover a greased oven dish. Fill
with the chicken & vegetable mix. Roll out pastry to
make the top. Brush with the egg and sprinkle with
sesame seeds. Bake in 180C oven until pastry is
golden.
