Drain crab. Cook spinach using 1/4 tsp. salt. Drain
thoroughly. in 8 inch pan, heat the oil; add green onion, garlic,
crab, and spinach and cook gently for a few minutes. Stir in
vermouth, parmesan, salt, pepper, and oregano; cook gently a
few minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat. Serve warm or
chilled with crackers. Makes 2 cups.
