     Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup white flour
3/4 cup wheat flour
3 cups oats
 
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup raisins or cranberries
1/2 tsp salt
walnuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Form dough into 2 1/2 in diameter drops.
Bake 12 - 15 min.
