1 lb ground beef or 1 lb ground turkey (Jennie O Italian seasoned lean)
3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 cup shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat over to 350.
Cook meat in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned; stir to crumble. Drain well.
In large bowl, combine meat, rigatoni, spaghetti sauce, and 1/2 cup each of Monterey Jack and Mozzarella cheese.
Scoop into baking dish (10in x 10in) coated with cooking spray.
Top with 1/4 cup each of Monterey Jack and Mozzarella cheeses.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Baked covered at 350 for 20 min or until thoroughly heated.
