Cook rice with a pinch of salt, a splash of white vinegar and a teaspoon or so of oil
Season and saute all of the vegetables in a large skillet, with the exception of the green portion of green onions, and cook until wilted. Remove from skillet.
Add a small amount of oil to the skillet, season the meat and brown on low to medium heat until done (10 to 15 minutes).
Drain the meat on paper towels, but don't squeeze all of the fat out.
Wipe the skilled with a towel. Add the cooked rice, sauteed vegetables, cooked meat and raw green onion tops. Mix thoroughly.
Check seasoning and if needed add salt.
You can't unseason anything, so take the time to taste as you go DAD
