1 1/2 lbs frozen large shrimp, peeled, thawed and deveined
1 bottle mexican chili and lime marinade
vegetable oil
1 container sour cream
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, finely chopped
1 tbs adobo sauce
12 corn tortillas
1 avacado chopped sprinkled with lime sauce
Instructions
In bowl, toss shrimp in marinade and leave for 1
hour. Preheat grill or grill pan. brush with
vegetable oil . remove shrimp from marinade and
place on grill turning once 2-3 minutes per side.
Mix sour cream, pepper and sauce. reserve
Serve taco shells with shrimp, sauce, avacado and
shredded cabbage if desired
