Mix coconut, sweetened condensed milk and powder sugar. Press coconut mixture into a baking dish and place uncovered in the freezer for at least 30 minutes (up to 1 hour). Meanwhile melt chocolate in microwave for 1 minute or heat over low hear till smooth. Remove from heat and cool 5 minutes. Remove the coconut mixture from the freezer and lift from the baking dish. Cut the coconut into bars. Dip the almonds into the chocolate (which acts as a glue) and stick to coconut bar. Use fork to dip the entire bar into chocolate. Move quickly so bar doesn't fall apart. Move to sheet of wax paper to cool.. Can omit the almonds and make Mounds instead!
