Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes, season with seasoned salt, garlic powder, cumin and Mrs Dash. Heat oil in skillet and add chicken, stir fry till done and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Add soups and Rotel tomatoes and stir. Gently stir in 1/2 bag of tortilla chips and transfer to 13x9 casserole dish. Top with 1 more cup of tortilla chips, sprinkle with shredded cheese and cook in 350 oven for 30 minutes
