16 oz uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast (4 of them)
8 slice Farmland Deli Style Honey Ham, 97% Fat Free
4 wedge The Laughing Cow Light Creamy French Onion
1/2 package Shake 'N Bake Parmesan crusted for chicken or pork (1/2 packet)
Instructions
Pound chicken breast until about 1/4 inch thick.
Spread one wedge of cheese on each chicken.
Place 2 slices of ham on each chicken.
Roll up chicken and secure with a tooth pick. Try not to let ham show it will turn crisp during cooking.
Place in a Pam greased packing dish and sprinkle tips with Shake and Bake. Bake 35-45 min. depending on the thickness of the ham.
5 points per serving.
