Add everything (except celery, red pepper.
onion, parsley, romaine lettuce, pepper, and
paprika) into a high speed blender. Blend very
well until it resembles a smooth, creamy
hollandaise sauce. Pour yellow egg salad liquid
mixture into a large bowl.
Add chopped celery, chopped red pepper, and
anything else you would like to add such as
onions and parsley. Mix everything together
with a spoon until nicely coated, sprinkle with
pepper and paprika. Spoon egg mixture in
romaine lettuce and serve as wraps.
