Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Line a large jelly roll pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange saltines salt side down on the pan in a single layer.

Melt butter and brown sugar together and boil until it turns a carmel color. Pour evenly over crackers.
|
|
|
Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until bubbly. Watch carefully. Remove from oven and pour chocolate chips over the crackers. Spread chocolate chips when melted. Freeze for 20 minutes and then break apart.
