4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves WHOLE (Uncut)
1/2 cup, 2oz, shredded cheddar cheese or your choice
Any seasons of your choice...go crazy
Instructions
Stir soup, rice, onion, black pepper or seasoning of your choice and
vegetables in a 11x13 pan or 2 qt. shallow baking dish. Place whole
chicken breasts on top
and season.
COVER!!! and bake at 375 degrees or until chicken and rice are done.
Top with shredded cheese and let casserole stand for a couple minutes
until cheese is melted. Stir rice before serving.
Check casserole at 40 t0 45 min. for doneness. If it seems to watery,
remove foil and cook until chicken and rice are done
Try substituting Parmesan, mexican or cheese of your choice
