Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in cold water.(?) Chill til partially set. In mixing bowl combine chilled gelatin and pudding. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Chill until mixture mounds when spooned. Fold in apple, celery and nuts.
Pour into 7-8 cup mold. Chill until firm - 6 hours to overnight. Garnish with greenery.
