1 1/2 lbs. Yukon Gold or red potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1-inch wedges

4 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
|

1/2 tsp paprika
|
|
1/2 tsp salt
|
|
1/4 tsp garlic powder
|
|
1/2 tsp chili powder
|
|
|

|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Position rack in lower third of oven- preheat to 450°F.
|
|
|
Combine oil, paprika, salt, garlic powder and chili powder in a large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat with the seasoning mixture.

Spread the potatoes evenly on a rimmed baking sheet.
|
|
|
Roast, stirring once or twice, until potatoes are tender and browned, 25 - 35 minutes.
