Take the hard bread and soak in either milk or chicken broth. I like the chicken broth better.
Then drain it well by squeezing in a strainer and get the moisture out.
Mix all ingredients together.
Mix well.
Roll meatballs and fry in a pan with a little pork salt.
You can add that to your sauce at about the last hour mark.
Or eat just like they are.
