Microwave the zucchini and water for 6 minutes and drain.
Put the zucchini, sugar, flour, vanilla, lemon juice and half and half in the blender and mix. Pour into ready-made pie crust, sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake at 425 degrees (10 min) then lower heat to 350 degrees and bake 25 minutes more.
