You can make the Easy Rich Fruit Cake, during
Christmas time. Place fruit, sugar, butter,
brandy and water in pan, simmer slowly for 20
minutes. Allow to cool, then add beaten egg and
stir in flour. Turn into a greased 15-18cm cake
tin. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 150c, middle
shelf. Enjoy the taste! It's really DELICIOUS
