pineapple crushed 17oz. drained (see fruit options)
1 lb. large curd cottage cheese
1 cup salad dressing (or mayo, greek yogurt, sour cream)
1 can evaporated milk chilled
1 cup walnuts chopped (optional)
Fruit options- pineapple, raisins, cranberry, maraschino cherries, etc.
Instructions
Chill evaporated milk in refrigerator for 2-3 hours before beginning.
Dissolve both boxes of Jello in 2 cups of boiled water. (May sustitute
water for pineapple juice up to 2 cups.)
Cool in the refrigerator while you're mixing the remaining ingredients
being careful not to allow it to jell.
In a mixing bowl mix together drained pineapple, cottage cheese, salad
dressing and optional nuts. In separate mixing bowl, whip chilled
evaporated milk on high with a hand mixer. Fold both mixes together. Add
jello thoroughly. Pour into mold or serving bowl. Chill overnight for
best results.
