1/4 C. grapes, mango, peach, pear, apple or pineapple cubed
1/2 C. each, sweet dried cranberries & raisins
1/4 C. granola
1/3 C. mozzarella cheese shredded
lettuce chopped
Instructions
Cut chicken into cubes & grill or pan fry to brown.
In a medium bowl, blend yogurt and curry with a
whisk. Then, stir in chicken, fruit, cranberries,
granola and mozzarella. Mix well and serve on
lettuce leaves if desired.
