Take spices and mix together in a bowl. Then coat both fillets in the
seasoning. In a pan, heat olive oil and garlic over med heat for 2
mins. Add fish to pan and cook throughly on each side till fully
cooked. Remove fish from pan and turn head on hight and add
onions, peppers for a few mins and turn heat on low and add beans
and sautee till beans are soft. In a bowl, add quinoa, then veggie
mix and flake fish on top and add avocado and you're done.
