Peel and slice the onion and put half of it, at
the base of pan (borma forn). Peel and rinse
potatoes and cut in halves. Put half of them on
the onions. Layer the slices of pork on the
potatoes, some salt and pepper. Finish with the
remaining potatoes and onions. Dissolve the
cube in some hot water and add it to the pan.
Add some more water till the layers of pork.
Some salt and pepper, some fennel seeds and
sprinkle some vegetable oil. Cook on low heat
for about an hour till you see that the
potatoes are golden brown. Serve with some
vegetables, cut in cubes with garlic cloves,
salt and pepper, some vegetable oil and some
herbs if you want. Let the vegetables simmer
for some time. Enjoy --)
