1 cup butter
|

2 cups Br sugar
|

1/2 c corn syrup
|
|
1 tsp salt
|

1/2 tsp baking soda
|

1 tsp vanilla
|

4 quarts popped corn
|

2 quarts nuts like cashews, pecans, almonds (unsalted)

Instructions |

|
In saucepan put butter, br sugar, corn syrup, and salt boil 5
min med low setting with no stirring.
|

|
Remove from stove and add B.soda and vanilla. Stir well.
|
|
|
Pour over - 4 quarts popped corn (plain)
2 quarts of nuts
Mix well to coat.
|
|
|
Bake at 250 for 1 hour. Stir every 15 min. Remove from oven
to cool and continue to stir about every 10 min so pieces
separate easily.
