bread crumbs or 3 to 4 slices of old bread socked in water squeezed out
Instructions
Make balls and drop in sauce. Cook 2-2 1/2 hours.
Stir occasionally. Add water as needed. Season
further to taste w/ salt, pepper, garlic salt, oregano.
Cool. Refrigerate. Skim off fat.
