1. Fill a buttered 9x13 inch cake pan with
popped corn. Now place the popcorn in a large
bowl.
2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small
sauce pan and bring mixture to a boil, stirring
occasionally; boil for 5 minutes.
3. Pour over popcorn. Stir until well-coated.
4. Pour the popcorn back into the pan.
5. Bake at 300 F for 30 minutes, stirring from
time to time to better coat the popcorn.
6. Cool and store in an airtight container.
