Method- sauce
Chopp the onion and the bacon. Put the bacon
and olive oil in a pan and saute' till golden
brown. Add the onion, and cook till it is soft.
Add the polpa, wine, herbs, sugar, tomatoes
paste, salt and pepper. Leave to simmer for
some time. Meanwhile boil pasta (al dente).
When everything is ready drain pasta, add the
sauce and cheese and mix everything together.
