1/2 c peanut, almond or sunflower butter OR cream cheese or tofu cheese spread
1/2 c raisins, dried cranberries, dried cherries, chopped dates or other dried fruits
1/2 c flaked coconut
other fun ideas include chia seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds
Instructions
Make a fun assembly set-up with nut butters, cheese/tofu spreads and all other ingredients in separate ramekins or small cups. Have a spreading knife for each child.
Spread favorite sticky ingredient (nut butter or cheese/tofu spread) into centers of cactus stalks.
Sprinkle on your favorite combinations of toppings.
