Bake french fries according to package
directions. While those are cooking, combine
cream, romano, parmesan, pepper, and nutmeg in
a sauce pan. Heat sauce on medium and then add
gorgonzola and parsley. Heat but do not bring
to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in
mozzarella to give a thick texture. Drizzle
sauce over bowl of fries and garnish with
crumbled gorgonzola, pepper, and parsley.
