Roasted Garlic & Lemon Dressing-
Blend all of the ingredients until creamy and smooth. Store
refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
2. In a medium bowl, mix the chicken, apple, onion, garlic, thyme
and salt just until combined and form into 4 patties. In a skillet over
medium-high heat, cook each patty for 3-4 minutes on each side
until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
3. Meanwhile, toss the mixed greens with the dressing and divide
among 6 plates. Top each salad with apple slices, a burger and goat
cheese. Serve immediately.
