Glaze: i c pineapple juice, 1/2 c water. Bring to a boil. Reduce and simmer 2 min. Combine 3/4 c sugar and 2 Tbsp. corn starch, gradually add and cook until thick and clear. Cool slightly and add 2 Tbsp. lemon juice. Pour over fruit and chill.
