Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix together chile
powder, paprika, cumin, salt and cayenne pepper
and coat the cauliflower and onions with this
mixture. Mix in garlic and olive oil. Lay them
on a foil-lined baking sheet and roast for 1 to
1.5 hours or until tender. When done, mix in
lime juice and cilantro. Serve warm.
