6 oz grilled and ready fully cooked and refrigerated oven roasted diced chicken breast
1 head leaf lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces
3 pears, peeled, cored and diced
5 oz blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup green onion, think sliced
1/3 cup vinaigrette dressing
1/2 cup pecans, caramelized and chopped
Instructions
Place chicken, lettuce, pears, blue cheese and onions in a large
bowl. Toss gently to combine.
Divide salad among 4 serving plates. Drizzle with vinaigrette
dressing. Sprinkle with pecans.
