In a large saucepan, cook onion and garlic in 4 T of broth over medium heat until onion is tender. Stir in oregano, thyme, cumin. Cook for 1 minute. In a food processor, cover and process 1 can of beans. Add to saucepan with the other can of beans, rice, and broth. Cook, uncovered, over low heat for 15 minutes or until heated through.
