1 1/2 pounds skinless, boness chicken breast halves, cubed
2 TBSp vegetable oil
3 bell peppers, sliced
3 onions, sliced

Instructions
In a large, shallow dish, mix the yogurt, garlic, curry powder, chili powder, and ginger and salt to taste. Place the chicken in the mixture, and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
Preheat the grill to medium high.
Discard marinade, and thread chicken pieces, bell pepper pieces, and onion pieces onto skewers. Grill skewers, turn often, for 5 to 10 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
