Dissolve yeast in water. Stir remaining ingredients (except 1/2 flour) in with yeast and water. Add rest of flour and stir until smooth. Cover with cloth and let rise in warm place until double (about 1 1/2 to 2 hours)
Divide dough in half. Roll each 1/2 into a circle. Cut dough in triangles with pizza cutter. Roll up from fat end. Cover and let rise until double (about 1 hour) Brush with melted butter and bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
