1.5 cups chopped onions

1 cup diced celery

2 cups low fat cottage cheese

1 package stuffing mix

1 cup non-fat milk (liquid)

3/4 cup grated carrots

1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped

3 eggs

1/2 teaspoon sage
|

1 Tablespoon chicken-style seasoning

Instructions |
|
|
-Combine all ingredients, including seasoning packet
from the stuffing mix.
|

|
-Pour into a prepared baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees
for 45 minutes or longer.

-Special holiday idea-bake in a mold and invert onto a
serving platter. Garnish with parsley, crab apples or
cherry tomatoes.
|
|
|
-This recipe can be prepared the day before,
refrigerated and baked prior to serving.
