Dissolve lemon and orange gelatins in boiling water.

|
Cool to room temperature, then add pineapple and carrot.
|
|
|
Cool until mixture is consistency of egg white; stir to mix evenly.
|
|
|
Pour into a 1 1/2 quart mold or into 10 or 12 half-cup molds. Cool until set.
