Preheat your oven to 180c (160c Fan oven).
Remove your chicken from the wrappings and check
its weight.
Anything over 2kg will require longer cooking
times.

Open the roasting bag and insert the chicken.
Wash your hands!
Next hold the top of the bag open and sprinkle in
your chosen seasoning. Aromat is an easy one to
use as it contains a good mix of seasonings.

|
Seal the bag with the enclosed plastic tie and
then puncture the bag, on top, with a sharp knife
or fork.
Place into roasting tray and pop into the
preheated oven. Set the timer for 90 mins
|
|
|
When the timer finishes remove the chicken from
the oven and check the internal temp with your
meat thermometer. It should be at least 73c.
Remove chicken from bag and use the juices to make
stock or gravy.
