Put 1 cup dry chickpeas in a bowl w/ cold water & 1 tsp baking
soda stirred in- let sit overnight.
The following day drain & rinse the chickpeas & combine in a
food processor w/ the rest of the ingrediants. Cover and let sit in
the fridge for a couple of hours.
Take about 2 tbsp of the mix and form into patties. Cook on a
pan until golden brown on each side, no oils needed.
