Boil noodles, and let cool. Brown sausage thoroughly. Add garlic to taste, and torn basil. Once fully combined, add all 3 cans of sauce, as well as Italian seasoning to taste. Heat completely.
Layer noodles with ricotta and sauce for first layer. Do the same for second, but add mozzarella as well. Repeat for third, with Feta in place of mozzarella. Continue. Be sure to reserve mozzarella for top. Bake at 375, covered in foil, for 45 minutes.

I realize this uses canned sauce, that is simply because it is time consuming as it is. Please feel free to sub homemade.
