If you didn't get chicken tenderloins, cut the
chicken so each is about 3oz. This is 1
serving. If you did get tenderloins, 2 of them
is about 3oz. Season the chicken and place in
frying pan. Cook the chicken in a frying pan
over med-med high heat till cooked MOST of the
way through (I mean like it needs another
minute till it's done).

Pour the tomato sauce in the pan with the chicken
and reduce heat slightly. Stir occasionally. When
sauce starts to bubble, it's done.

3oz of chicken per serving. Sprinkle with
mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. You may have to
zap it in the microwave for 15 seconds if cheese
won't melt.

You can also bake the chicken and then put the sauce on. Either way
of cooking is fine. Just make sure if you're using a frying pan, to
use cooking spray (not just putting oil in the pan).
