12 small slices of crusty multi-grain bread

225g swiss cheese, grated

1 cup red grapes, sliced into rounds

2 cans (180g each) tuna packed in water, drained

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven the 450F. Place slices of bread on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
|

Place some cheese on each slice of bread.
|
|
|
Place equal amounts of the remaining ingredients on each slices and cover with the remaining cheese.
|
|
|
Cook for 10 minutes in the oven or until cheese is melted. Serve with a green salad.
