Look for rocks in lentils. Soak lentils overnight. Drain and rinse. Boil lentils. Add water as
needed. Skim off foam. After lentils are soft, add veggies (potatoes sooner). Add celery
later. Crush garlic into it. Add salt and pepper to taste.
