Prepare on grill or in the broiler. Position rack in broiler so that the top of burgers in the pan will be 4 inches from heat source.
Combine yogurt, 1/4 cup feta, 1 Tbsp dill, 1 Tbsp mint and the zest. Reserve. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, greek seasoning, salt, pepper, remaining feta, dill and mint. Shape into 16 plum size patties. Flatten each to about 2 1/2 inches wide.
Grill or broil patties, turning once, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Arrange pita breads, top side down on a platter. Top with a dollop of yogurt sauce, burger, tomato slice, yogurt sauce and cucumber. Garnish with dill if desired.
