Beat cake mix, mandarin oranges, egg whites, and
applesauce on low for 2 minutes.
Pour into 9 x 13 prepared pan.
Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes.
Cool on rack.
Combine pineapple and pudding mix. Fold in
whipped topping.
Spread on cooled cake.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
