Place pork in a pan of water and bring to a boil.
Cook until meat is tender. In a separate
skillet, melt butter and saute onion and green
pepper until tender. When meat is tender, remove
meat from water and let cool. Add sauteed onion
and green pepper to pork water (stock). Add
green beans and sliced potatoes and stewed
tomatoes. Pull meat off bones and add to the pot
of vegetables. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook over low heat and let simmer for 1 hour or
longer.
