n small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and
salt then set aside. In large bowl, cream butter
with sugars and vanilla; beat at medium speed
with an electric mixer until creamy. Add egg and
beat well. Turn mixer to low speed and gradually
add flour mixture. Stir in peanut butter chips.
Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 7 - 9 minutes. Cool on
cookie sheet for a couple of minutes before
removing.
