Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well. Combine
milk, egg and vanilla; stir well. Stir into
flour mixture. Cover and let stand 20 minutes.
Pour batter into a greased pan loaf. Bake at
325 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until a wooden
pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan
and let cool on a wire rack.
