     Strawberry yogurt ice-cream

Ingredients
200g fresh strawberries
1/2 of 405g can condensed milk (used light)
3 Greek yogurt 0% fat of 170g each
 

Instructions
Roughly chop half the strawberries and whizz the rest in a food processor or with a blender to a pure'e. In a bowl or mixer stir the condensed milk into the pure'ed strawberries then gently stir in the yogurt until well combined. Fold through the chopped strawberries.Pour the strawberry mixture into a plastic container or a tin loaf and wrap with a cling film and freeze overnight. Before serving remove from freezer 20-30 minutes before. Decorate with a whole strawberry. Delicious!! Enjoy -)
