Take a big pan, add 1 tablespoon olive oil,
fish cube, onion, carrots, bay leaves, some
water. Rinse Squid and cut into pieces, add to
the pan. Let all simmer till onion is a bit
transparent. Add all spices, can of polpa, salt
and pepper, sugar, tomatoes paste, frozen peas,
black olives and the wine. On medium heat let
them simmer for about 30 minutes. Add potatoes.
Cook till the potatoes are soft and the Squid
pieces (Calamari) are tender. Enjoy!
