Slice Wontons lengthwise in 4 sections. Toss with oil or cooking
spray and microwave 4-5 min tossing every minute until GBD.
Place on Parchment paper

Coarsely chop jalapeno. Cut Carrots lengthwise into quarters
then crosswise in thirds. Cut off tops of bell peppers remove
seeds and chop into chunks. Peel and cut onion into chunks.

Slice pork lengthwise into 4 strips. Cut strips crosswise into 1/4
inch pieces. Mix pork and crushed garlic. Heat oil in pan over
medium high heat. Cook pork without stirring 3-5 min. stir and
cook 1-2 minutes and remove from skillet.

Add a little more oil and cook vegetables until crisp-tender then
add pork, korean sauce and apple jelly. Cook an additional
minute. Place wontons on plates and top with pork mixture.
